Welcome to LetsApp. By accessing or using our mobile application and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes, and your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. Description of Service
LetsApp is a platform that helps users discover local activities and connect with people who share similar interests. The Service allows users to:
- Create and host activities
- Discover and join activities created by others
- Communicate with other users through in-app messaging
- Build a profile and track their activity participation
- Connect with their local community
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use LetsApp. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- All information you provide is accurate and current
4. User Accounts
Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem appropriate. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Post sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content
- Spam or send unsolicited messages to other users

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the Service
Activity Guidelines
When creating or participating in activities:
- Provide accurate information about the activity
- Show up if you commit to attending
- Treat all participants with respect
- Follow all local laws and venue rules
- Do not create activities for illegal purposes
6. Content
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you post on LetsApp ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with providing and promoting the Service.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the User Content you post and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights.
Content Moderation
We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable. However, we are not obligated to monitor User Content and are not responsible for content posted by users.
7. Safety and Liability
Personal Safety
LetsApp is a platform to connect people, but we cannot guarantee the behavior of users. You are responsible for your own safety when participating in activities. We recommend:
- Meeting in public places
- Telling someone where you're going
- Using your best judgment when meeting new people
- Following your instincts if something feels wrong
Disclaimer of Liability
LetsApp is not responsible for:
- The conduct of users on or off the platform
- Any activities organized through the Service
- Any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the Service
- The accuracy of information provided by users
- Disputes between users
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, functionality, text, graphics, logos, and other content (excluding User Content), is owned by LetsApp and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our explicit written permission.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LETSAPP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LetsApp, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
12. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Arbitration
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
13. General Provisions
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LetsApp regarding the Service.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
