Child safety standards

let’s · Last updated September 30, 2026

let’s, operated by Kaine Ventures, LLC, is for adults aged 18 and older. Child sexual abuse and exploitation are prohibited throughout the service, including profiles, activities, messages, and uploaded media.

What is prohibited

Do not create, upload, request, distribute, or facilitate child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including imagery depicting the sexual exploitation of minors. Grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sexual extortion, child sex trafficking, and any other behavior that sexually abuses, exploits, or endangers children are prohibited. These standards apply even when conduct involves people outside the app.

Report a concern

Use the Report option on a user’s profile in the app and describe the concern. You can also contact our child safety point of contact at support@getletsapp.com. Include the relevant profile, activity, or message identifiers and a description so we can locate the content. Do not download, forward, or attach suspected child sexual abuse material to an email.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. Reports to let’s do not replace reporting an emergency to the authorities.

How we respond

We review child safety reports and act on confirmed violations. When we become aware of CSAM on our service, we remove it and restrict or terminate accounts involved in violations. We preserve information when legally required and report confirmed child sexual abuse material to the relevant regional or national authority as required by applicable law.

Our designated child safety contact handles reports and inquiries about these standards and our compliance practices through support@getletsapp.com.
