Delete your Let’s account

From the app

Open your profile and account settings, choose Delete account, and confirm the request.

Without the app

Email support@getletsapp.com to request deletion of your Let’s account and associated personal data. Include the phone number or email associated with your account so support can identify it and verify your request. Do not send your password or sign-in codes.

This opens your email app. Your request is sent only when you send the email.

What happens to your data

Our privacy policy provides for deletion or anonymization of personal information within 30 days after account deletion, except information retained for legal or legitimate business purposes. See the policy for the data we collect and retain.
